Through the virtual medium of Zoom, the Library welcomes Native American Storyteller Anne Jennison on Wednesday, November 10 at 6 pm. In this family event, Anne shares a few of her favorite Northeast Woodlands Native American stories in a performance that includes an introduction with a traditional song, and an explanation of Abenaki storytelling traditions. Anne is a New Hampshire-based Storyteller who comes from countless generations of folks that lived in the Northeastern Woodlands.
In honor of Banned Book Week, the Third Thursday Book Club has chosen to discuss a novel which has been challenged, The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas.
Mother Goose on the Loose is back for the fall! This program is best for children ages 0-2 and their caregivers. Older siblings are welcome to attend.
We will be holding this program outdoors on Tuesdays for as long as the weather allows. Bundle up if needed. Please bring chairs or blankets to sit on!
