It’s believed that a sound bath can trigger “sound healing”, a remedy favored by many cultures for thousands of years. Like yoga, acupuncture, and other alternative therapies, sound (or vibrational) healing is an ancient protocol of wellness currently undergoing a global renaissance, as more and more people experience its many benefits for mind, body, and soul. Bring a yoga mat and blanket so as to stretch out on the floor, or you may sit in one of the available chairs, and be bathed in the didgeridoo, sacred chant, Native American trance drumming, and a selection of quartz, fusion, and Tibetan singing (or sound) bowls.
