STEAM on the Lawn--Bird Homes

Recommended for grades K-4.

Animals build some amazing habitats.  Try your hand at creating your own nest using common materials that birds use.  We will have examples you can see!  Then, assemble and paint a wooden birdhouse to take home. Space is limited and sign-up is required. Register HERE.

STEAM on the Lawn--Constellation Circuits

Recommended for grades 2-6.

Do you ever look up at the night sky in wonder?  Our ancestors did and they spotted patterns in the sky that helped them organize and orient.  Many of the constellations they spotted are animals!  Learn about some of our animal constellations and build simple circuits to create your own light-up constellation.

This program is partially funded by a New Hampshire State Library Summer Learning Grant.
