Nonfiction Book Club: Hemingway's A Moveable Feast
The club discusses A Moveable Feast, one of Ernest Hemingway's memoirs. The book was selected in conjunction with the PBS Books' celebration of all things Hemingway, and the April 2021 premier of the Ken Burn's documentary about Hemingway on NH PBS. Call the library if you wish to borrow a copy of the book. The location of the discussion is TBD (perhaps via Zoom.) All those who borrow a book from the library or email Janet (jarden@hampsteadlibrary.org) will be notified of the discussion location details.
Nonfiction Book Club: Five Days at Memorial
The Club discusses Five Days at Memorial: Life and Death in a Storm-Ravaged Hospital by Sheri Fink. Call the library if you wish to borrow a copy and get it at Curbside Pickup. This meeting may take place on Zoom. Meeting information is sent out a week before the discussion to anyone who borrowed a book or signed-up (see below.)
