Two Hampstead residents will be presenting about their incredible travels this month at the library.
On Saturday, September 14th at 10am, Bob Turner will recount his epic 1,900-mile bike ride from North Port, Florida all the way back to Hampstead. He completed this amazing feat in 2002 and raised $35,000 to fund the creation of the second floor library space. Light refreshments will be served. Click here for more details.
On Tuesday, September 24th at 6:30pm, Rick Little will take us on a visual journey through majestic Iceland. His program shares his experience seeing some of the many wonders of this facinating country, and experiencing June fishing for Brown Trout, Arctic Char and Sea Trout in Northeastern Iceland.
