Meeting Room Information

If you would like to reserve a meeting room in the library, please follow these steps:
 

1)  Review the descriptions of the available rooms located below.

2)  Review the meeting room policy.

3)  Find an open room and fill out the reservation form.  The reservation will be reviewed by a staff member, and you will receive an update when the reservation is accepted.

2nd floor Meeting room
Capacity - 70 seated audience style
Tables - 6 five foot rectangle rollaway tables with chairs

 

2nd floor Judi Crowley Seminar Room
Capacity - 10
Table - conference table

 

1st floor Program room
Capacity - 30 seated audience style

 

Please arrive early for your requested time in order to set up the room in the way you wish, and allow time at the end of the meeting to return the room as you found it.
