Chair Yoga

Maggie Grace from the Yoga Room in Hampstead leads this class for men and women. Chair Yoga can help improve strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and reduce stress. All are welcome; no advance registration is necessary.

The class is on the first Tuesday of every month from September through June.
