  • Storytime with Patty

    Storytime Storytimes for 3-5 year-olds are Mondays at 10AM and Thursdays at 1:30PM. 

    Infants- 2 year-olds meet for Mother Goose on the Loose at 10AM on Tuesdays.

  • FREE Downloadable Audio Books and eBooks are available at the Hampstead Public Library.

    Explore the growing collection of eBooks and audio books and use your 14-digit library card to download these items to your computer or transfer them to a mobile device.

     Available 24/7, now your library is always open!
  • Book Group on Third Thursdays

    The Library's Third Thursday Book Group is reading "Letters from Skye" for their February 19th meeting at 1PM.

    Click on the book for more information on this book and upcoming books. 

    Newcomers are always welcome, and you can pick up a copy of the book at the main desk.
  • Friends of the Hampstead Public Library

    Become a Friend of the Hampstead Public Library and help your library thrive. For more information on the Friends, click to their information page.

    School projects may be coming up and HPL wants to help you find information.  From Britannica Library, you can find links to

    We now offer another book group option for our patrons. 

    Meeting Wed. Feb 4, at 1PM and Thurs, Feb 5, at 6:30PM the Non-Fiction Book Group welcomes members to join at any time.  Click on the image for more information on our book groups.
